About Me

KELLY GAUER
REALTOR & MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR

Hello, I’m Kelly Gauer.
My real estate journey began more than two decades ago when I first entered the industry and quickly found success helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest financial decisions. As a young agent with RE/MAX Masters, I exceeded my broker’s expectations by listing and selling over 18 homes in my very first year. From the beginning, my success was driven by strong marketing strategies, creative thinking, and a genuine commitment to helping my clients achieve their goals.
Over the years, my experience in real estate has expanded beyond traditional sales. In addition to being a Realtor®, I am also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, which allows me to guide clients through both the home buying process and the financing side of the transaction. I also personally own and manage rental properties, giving me first-hand insight into real estate as an investment and the realities of property management.
After welcoming my second child, I made the decision to step back from real estate to focus on raising my family and becoming deeply involved in our community. While my career paused, my connection to the local area only grew stronger.
Today, with my children now pursuing their own paths in college and beyond, I’ve returned to real estate with renewed energy, decades of life experience, and an even deeper understanding of the community I serve. I’m proud to help clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence, clear communication, and thoughtful strategy.
A little about me personally: I’m a La Verne native and a graduate of Ramona Middle School and Bonita High School (Class of 1997). My husband and I met in 1995 while working our high school jobs at the former Union 76 gas station on the corner of Bonita and Damien. We’ve been happily married since 2000 and continue to call La Verne home.
Our children attended St. Dorothy’s Catholic School in Glendora, following in my husband’s footsteps. During the 12 years our family was part of the St. Dorothy’s community, I dedicated much of my time to volunteering and served in several roles on the PTO Board, including President. I also helped organize and lead several major fundraisers, including the Oak Tree Festival, the school’s golf tournament, and the Endowment Fund Dinner Dance for multiple years.
While I deeply valued those years of volunteering and community involvement, I always knew I would return to my professional passion—real estate.
Today, I bring together my local knowledge, marketing expertise, lending experience, and investment insight to help my clients successfully buy, sell, and invest in property throughout the Foothill communities. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, selling a longtime family property, or planning your next investment, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
I look forward to helping you turn your real estate goals into reality.
